Desk Ninja strives to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible. Our standard shipping objectives are as follows:

Maximum Processing Period: Please note that during busy periods, shipping may take up to fifteen (15) working days.
For the purposes of this Policy, "working days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. These charges are determined based on the shipping destination, the weight of the products (including Desk Ninja figures, accessory kits, and bundle packages), and the selected shipping method.
3. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon the dispatch of your order, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email will contain a tracking number(s) to allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Desk Ninja is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Estimates
While we provide estimated delivery dates, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Desk Ninja shall not be liable for any delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.
6. Damages and Loss
Desk Ninja is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the transit process. If you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and the damaged goods for inspection during the claims process.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Desk Ninja is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdirected due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
